Dear Fellow Teacher,

I first introduced Ready Sets in 1983. At that time, I had already taught primary grades for nine years in the Garvey School District in Rosemead, California. Throughout these years, I had developed a variety of engaging study units that were classroom-tested and enjoyed by my own students year after year.

When visiting other classrooms in my school, I would often notice children in different grades busily engaged in worksheets from the Ready Sets series. Kids were busy using seasonal as well as multicultural worksheets. Upper grade students frequently use the U S A series in conjunction with their state research and reports.

Now, after thirty years in primary education, I am currently teaching third grade at Monterey Vista School in the Garvey Elementary School District, California. My students are still enjoying the Ready Sets that I created over twenty years ago!

In addition to classroom teaching, I also love playing the piano for our school Glee Club, and teaching an after school needlepoint class.
